1. General Provisions

4.3 Transaction Verification

If a suspicious transaction is detected, ba99f may temporarily hold the withdrawal process and conduct additional verification. This step is taken for the purpose of preventing money laundering.

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• ৳22,000 deposit → bonus ৳15,000 → total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount). This means you must multiply the bonus amount by 15 to find the total amount you need to wager. Example:

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per person, per household, or per device.
• ba99f sets a maximum bet limit per wager while using a bonus, and violating this may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• ba99f reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without notice.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

ba99f operates on fair play principles. All games produce neutral and random results. Any attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation, exploitation of software errors, or any other dishonest means will result in the account being closed immediately.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets in collusion with another player (collusion betting).
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.

6.3 Technical Errors

• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%

• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

The decision to change VIP tier is entirely at ba99f's discretion. Cashback benefits may be cancelled if not used within a specified time period.

8. Responsible Gaming
